It all started...
when was a little girl and had a desire to turn daffodils into crowns and daisies into necklaces. Years later after collecting seashells at the beach, I decided to see if I could turn those beautiful pieces of God's creation into jewelry. I continue to find inspiration in the dance between art, nature, and God.
Since that time...
I've collected many unusual materials to turn into accessories and art. Bullet shell casings from my first time shooting, lightweight guitar strings, and porcupine quills have been remade into jewelry.
I continually search...
for unwanted secondhand jewels to convert into wearable items and have learned the art of creating metal hammered pieces. I've embraced the centuries old European idea of making parchment paper goods, with each piece being individually designed with my own artistic touch.
My love of sewing was passed down from my mom, as she spent countless hours with me teaching me how to create hand sewn pieces. By adding detail and texture with recycled fabric to sweatshirts and jackets, I ensure every clothing item is truly one of a kind!
Whether a handcrafted item or an intricately designed piece of jewelry, my hope is that each item will cause you to reflect on the simple beauty of life.
I am Sasha. I live in the small town of Troy, Ohio, and would love if you would join me on this journey of enjoying the simple pleasures of life and living it to the fullest!
